Document Management
Vanilla Platform embeds a complete documents management runtime integrated with the other Vanilla components. Lucene technology is used as the backbone of the indexation. Options (available documents, real-time indexation and entries automatic creation) can be defined thanks to the Administrator module (Enterprise Services) of Vanilla. Norparena module is the place for documents management and manual indexation with a synthetic view on the documents. Indexed documents can be directly opened from the Vanilla Web Portal.
Search
Vanilla embeds the Lucene engine in order to index but also to retrieve the indexed elements. Thanks to the Web Portal integration, search options and operations are very easy and user-friendly. Lucene is a well-known engine for indexation and spread in several business fields. The searches can be launched directly from the Web Portal.
